Learn how to free yourself from anxieties

Updated: Dec 5, 2018

I believe that we are all on this earth for a purpose. We should all be making impact in our own special ways. There are those that lead, those that follow and those that disrupt. I am a disrupter- With my company TriggerPoint I punched a hole in a market that didn't exist. In 2002 everyone thought I was crazy. A self-care company, what is that? Empower people to take care of themselves and do things they never thought possible, do you know how many people laughed at me, asked for my credentials and said it would never work.

My answer was always; I am a funnel for every word God's given me. I have a gift of understanding how the body moves, and what's restricting the bodies ability to perform at its optimal level. I'd say we are not selling you a product, we educate you and with that education you can make your purchasing decision. I believed this with all my heart. I had faith that TriggerPoint was going to be a life changing company. I told people I was a minister of movement.

The movement worked, those that were in need came, once their bodies were moving better and they felt the flow of freedom, they told other. One person to the next, one expo to the other we created a following around the world.

After millions of products were sold, as a brand was established, as people found themselves empowered by the results of TriggerPoint, the dollars followed, we become a multimillion dollar company.

The reason I say all of this is because I was blissfully Ignorant - honestly I just keep my head down and kept moving in the direction I was supposed to be going in. I had no idea how hard it was going to be, I had no idea how successful we were going to be, I just believed that we were doing the right thing. It was never about the money, it was truly about empowering people to be able to take care of themselves. When it became about the money I sold the company and created the financial freedom that in the back of my head was always a life long pursuit.
